KIIP Became The Best 100 of Good Design Award 2021 in Japan

In 2021, KIIP has received international recognition as one of the Best 100 finalists at the Good Design Award 2021 within the category of kitchen goods, cookware, tableware, and cutlery. At this annual event held in Japan, the food container product joined other award-winning brands to receive a respectable label as the most popular design of the year.

Organized by the Japan Institute of Designed Promotion, the Good Design Award has been around since 1957. Along those years, this unique and comprehensive program provides the evaluation and advocacy system for a wide range of products. Among them are daily goods, industrial brands, architectural icons, operational services, and many more.

Thermopak Receives ISO 22000:2018 Certification

In 29th January 2020, PT. Thermopak Karya Indonesia finally receives ISO 22000:2018 on food safety management system from URS certification body. ISO 22000 is one of the highest standard in the world on food safety. This is one of the commitment PT. Thermopak Karya Indonesia have to support the food and beverage industry segment, to ensure, that their packaging needs meet all the required industry standard on hygiene and food safety.

From the very beginning, Thermopak has always implemented a good manufacturing practice on the production process and supported by clean room production area and other supporting equipment on the production infrastructure to ensure that products are hygiene, and comply to the industry standard. Hence, ISO 22000:2018 certification is one of the most important international recognition PT. Thermopak Karya Indonesia receives for its effort to comply with the industry standard.

KIIP Received TOP BRAND AWARD 2022

In 2022, KIIP won the Top Brand Award 2022 that the Frontier Consulting Group presented. The brand was recognized for its outstanding achievement of building the top brand in the Thin Wall Food Container category. This achievement has once again proved the excellent quality of KIIP Thin Wall Food Container in providing a better alternative for food packaging.

KIIP with Custom Label in Japan!

In July 2020, PT. Thermopak Karya Indonesia sent its first shipment of KIIP to Japan. This marks a milestone for the company, that KIIP has the highest quality standard that it is accepted in Japan market. It is also of a great joy, that KIIP, an indonesian brand and product, can be accepted, and are available in Japan. Thermopak will continue its support and availability of its product in Japan.

On this shipment, Thermopak support Japanese ramen store chain with their packaging needs. We develop custom label IML for KIIP for their ramen packaging.

In Japan, not only supporting local business for their custom packaging, Thermopak also prepare and plan for KIIP to be available at local stores in Japan in the near future.
